Building the Dragon’s Shoulder

Bob Lecy is slowly building the “skin” of the Dragons shoulder with 1/2” bar covered with hundreds of small weld tacks. It takes a long time but now he’s starting to see the “whole shoulder.” Robert and Andrew are working nearby on the setting the Dragons wings.
